Client Brief: Key focus was to enhance the work environment, in particular the collaboration and communication between staff.

Result:

• Staged refurbishment of the entire space, including the installation of feature inter-tenancy stairs between floors providing workplace inter-connectivity for staff.
• A breakout space and casual meeting space act as a central “heart” for the workplace encouraging and fostering connectivity between groups.
• The breakout space is modelled on the laneway cafes of Melbourne bringing a cultural connection between their workplace and their location.
• The Conference and Client Meeting areas offer multi-function client zones with room size flexibility, acoustics and breakout areas expanding to full lecture facilities with associated technologies.
